Actually, today is now, Saturday. Again, I was meant to go down to the gym; but, didn't go. Just preferred staying in, and, eating/drinking! -LOL- After living for over 46+ years; I've learned not to try taking myself far too seriously; so, if I ever make a promise to myself that i'm going to do either this/or, that; and, I don't keep it; then, so what...after all, life still goes on...
